1. Our Commitment

UNCHAINED 3D ("we", "our", or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent copyright laws in other jurisdictions.

Content you upload to the Service remains your property (see our Terms of Service, section 4). We do not claim ownership of user-submitted works.

3. Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe content on our Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the agent above containing:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
  • Identification of the infringing material and enough information to locate it (e.g. the URL of the page).
  • Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the agent above containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia (or, if outside Australia, any judicial district in which we may be found).

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action within 10–14 business days.

5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with our Terms of Service, we will terminate account access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.

To report trademark infringement, use the same contact above with the subject line "Trademark Complaint". "UNCHAINED 3D" and related marks are trademarks of UNCHAINED 3D. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
