1. Your Right to Deletion

Under the GDPR (Article 17), CCPA/CPRA, and Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data. This page explains how to exercise that right on UNCHAINED 3D.

2. Self-Service Deletion

Because UNCHAINED 3D uses wallet-based authentication (no email or password), you can delete your account and personal data directly from this page by connecting your wallet and confirming the deletion request. No email confirmation is required.

Deletion Steps

  1. Connect your wallet using the button below.
  2. Sign a verification message to confirm your identity.
  3. Review what will be deleted and what will be retained.
  4. Confirm deletion.

3. What Is Deleted

When you request deletion, the following is removed:

  • Profile information (username, bio, avatar, banner, social links)
  • Uploaded content (wallpapers, icons, widgets, docks, motion icons)
  • Comments, likes, follows, and other social interactions
  • Authentication tokens and session data
  • Preferences and settings

4. What Is Retained

Some data cannot be deleted due to legal, financial, or technical requirements:

  • Blockchain Transactions: Wallet addresses and transaction hashes are permanently recorded on public blockchains (Polygon, Ethereum). These cannot be deleted or altered.
  • Financial Records: Purchase records, payout history, and revenue-split data are retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax and financial regulations in Queensland, Australia.
  • Aggregated Analytics: Anonymized usage statistics that do not identify you personally.
  • DMCA / Legal Records: Takedown notices, counter-notices, and legal complaints may be retained as required by law.

5. Timeline

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Public blockchain records and financial archives are retained for the periods described above, but all personally identifiable data accessible through the platform will be removed within 30 days.

6. Creator Content

If you are a creator, deleting your account will also remove your published content from the marketplace. Purchasers who have already bought your content will retain access to the files they downloaded, but new purchases will be disabled.
